4:30pm - We have resolved the issues that were affecting the realms below and are in the final stages of maintenance for them. We currently expect all of these realms to be playable within the next hour.

Am I supposed to be surprised? Nope, I'm not, because Blizzard has lost all credibility in any time frame they announce for maintenance. I'm guessing most posters on the general forums could have posted a more accurate downtime message than you could have.
