0. Snow Leopard Mouse issues in Windowed Mode 08/28/2009 10:02:34 PM PDT

Hi, i've just installed Snow Leopard on my mac and i'm having issues with my buttons while in windowed mode. I have 2 monitors so i need windowed mode on but the only buttons that do anything while in windowed mode are left and right click while i have 5 buttons on my Razor Deathadder mouse. Please help. In fullscreen they all work without a problem but i need those other 2 buttons

Same problem here, I got around it by using a modifier+button, but it's still really annoying.

Might be helpful to post system specs with this. I haven't moved my Mac Pro (1,1) over yet but I have moved my Macbook Pro (1,1) over and have not been able to replicate this with my Razer Lachesis. Perhaps it's system or mouse specific.

I am also experiencing this. DeathAdder mouse, MacPro3,1 (Quad 2.8GHz, 10GB RAM, GeForce 8800 GT)

I was having the same problem, with the middle mouse not working, I found that in the Expose settings, that mouse button 3 and 4 are set to do different things with Expose, I disabled this (set it to the -) and my buttons started working again in WOW.

Not sure if it will work for you, but you can give it a try...
