i didnt know what light/dark portals did so i tanked between them. one-shot.

it was so easy that I feel dirty one-shotting while facerolling that badly. we didnt use any form of strat or attempting to understand the fight other than figuring out how to stop their heals. I honestly don't understand the fight...i had no time to.

I don't know about you guys, but i ran around after orbs the whole time keeping a PW:S and a PoM on the tank, I didn't cast any other spells ont he tank, he never needed anything else.

I was able to touch about 75 orbs before they downed the boss

=( I wanted to reach 100.

Wait you cans top their heals? We only saw one and they died about 30 seconds after it healed them D=

At least the encounter is available on your server. On ours we cant even trigger it, in 10 or 25 Man.

Light/Dark vortices were useful for regenerating rage.

Yeah that boss was pretty tough.. Could have tanked as ret I suppose

Twins was a piss-easy fight, especially when people in your raid have played Ikaruga.

Good to know that Faction Champs was a LOLRNG cockblock fight to try to stall a portion of raiders before they move on to facerolling the rest of the instance. Our ten-man wiped for hours on it last week, this week we lost the holy paladin and hunter for the tree druid and shadowpriest and rolled through it easily, then went on two-shot Twins (first shot hit the enrage timer as half the raid figured out the switching concept).

So far, Lawliseum is:

Easy->Easy->LOLRNG->Easy, I look forward to two-shotting Anub next week assuming we don't get counter-comped by champs and moving on to heroic mode.

That is how I explained it to my ten man group. We killed it in three attempts (with 2 instance crashes/mass DCs)

How can people wipe to FC that fight was the most ridiculously easy fight I've ever done.

I don't know why everyone here hates the faction champs fight so much. All of the comps we've had so far have been challenging enough, but not particularly hard. I really enjoyed the random, chaotic nature of the fight - its nice to have something where you can't plan every single part of the fight out ahead of time, makes people think on their feet and forces em to react quicker.

Hehe same, was basically talking with other tank as we went trying to work out what everything did.

I'm pretty sure this is the easiest raid encounter I have ever experienced. The only one that comes to mind that might rival it is pre-buff Huhuran where we just walked in and one shot her the first week of AQ.
