So my friend showed me this link the other day and I thought it was pretty cool, he said if your ms is normally above 200 then this could literally reduce by at least 100. So I tried it and it worked, I feel much less lag and its quite nice for pvp and even pve, I don't know if this is common knowledge by now but if its not heres the link

I remember doing this on Windows, just don't wanna %!!# up anything on my current machine if perhaps it wasn't a compatible change.

The lag isn't from your local machine-- more often than not, the lag is due to %%*%ty backbone servers and ISPs being cheap as @*!#. See: Comcast.

That being said, this depends entirely on your connection. It might net you 50ms, it might net you 500, it might net you nothing. Not worth the risk of digging around the registry if you don't know what you're doing.

Or just keep it up, break your computer, and make sure you bring it to Best Buy to get it fixed. Job security :)

Ok its not a like if you want to you can't go back and erase the things you did, and to jug I use vista and it worked great with it
