My girlfriend has been having this issue for the last couple days since Patch 3.2 and I've been trying to figure it out. At first I thought it was just an Addon since these sort of things usually are caused when they go out of date but when we turned off all the addons and tried again the problem still persist.

Anyways how it usually goes is that when she logs in the error doesn't start until she's joined a Battleground then the chat log is filled from head to toe with "You're not in a party" notifications. As I said, we turned off all Addons and it still happens but now it's even doing it when she tries to heal herself. I've poked around as much as I can to see if anyone has had similar issues but nothing has worked so far.
She uses a Dell XPS Laptop and I'll try to get the specifics on it later. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I have been having this issue as well. I also thought it was an addon, but it shows up even with all addons disabled.

Hey again, Vaspade.

In case you missed the answer in your previous post, please complete the following troubleshooting steps:

    1) *IMPORTANT* Exit the World of Warcraft to your desktop by logging out of the game and exiting. If World of Warcraft isn't closed, then these steps won't have the desired effect.
    2) If you used an "installer" for a custom UI, see if it has an "uninstaller" and use it.
    3) Inside the World of Warcraft Program Folder, delete the "WTF," "Cache," and "Interface" folders.
    4) Restart your computer.
    5) Please do not reinstall Addons prior to testing the issue you were experiencing.
    6) Make sure that you are using WOW.EXE or LAUNCHER.EXE to start the game. Please do not run any UI installers beforehand, as we want to eliminate them as part of the issue.
    7) Upon launching the game, you should see the Intro cinematic movie and be prompted to agree to the Terms of Use. Once you authenticate past the login screen, the “AddOns” button should no longer be visible at the lower left corner of the character selection screen. Both points mentioned previously must hold true if you should complete the aforementioned steps correctly.

Let us know if you experience any lasting issues.

Yeah this was originally in the Tech Support forums but got moved over here. We did as was directed and erased the 3 Folders and restarted WoW with a fresh UI but the problem still persist unfortunately.

When she restarted the game after deleting these folders, did you see the opening cinematic?

Yes as well as the Terms and Conditions. When she logged in completely it took a little bit longer as it recreated the necessary 3 folders again but when she joined a Battleground it still gave her the error.

Same issue here, but only in the new BG. I did a WSG on my lowbie last night and didn't get the error

Can you have her try to run the repair utility (Repair.exe) found within her World of Warcraft folder?

Please make sure that each check box is checked and you press the "Check and Reset Files" button.

tried finding an answer, has there been a resolution to this?

I personally did all of the normal resolution fixes and completely reinstalled and have yet to see this fixed. It is random and very annoying.

I see the message every time I type in guild chat.
BG's randomly.
Whenever someone repsonds in trade.
Any world defense or local defense notification

"You aren't in a party" is the name of the game im playing right now apparently. lol

Any resolutions would be nice.

I read this - then went to play in a battleground - and it started.

It has also been reported on the European forums.

A few people claim it was fixed by removing or updating addons.

Most claim they have done all the usual fixes and it is still occurring.

So far I've only seen it occur in battlegrounds.

I get this in Isle of Conquest, even when I am in a party before entering.

This error message is caused by the LibHealComm-3.0 addon library, and by any addons that use it. Typically these would be unit frame addons that display incoming and outgoing heals, such as Grid, Pitbull, etc. The library is also used by some dedicated healing addons, like Healbot.

The author of LibHealComm has released an updated version that attempts to prevent this error. You may need to update your unit frame or healing addons (even if you are not a healer) to see this issue resolved.

I don't use any addons of the sort so that addon isn't the sole cause behind this.

I get it in AV. I get it when I mount. I get it when I cast heals. I get it alot on Holy Nova. Holy Nova's tooltip says it heals nearby "party members". Nearby raid members do still get the heal from H.N. though.

I don't use healbot or grid. I use mouseover macros to heal, I bind the key combinations to my mouse via uberoptions(a windows program) and bartender. I do use Xperl unit frames/raid frames.

Bumping this.

Anyone has a solution for this annoying (Carbonite?) spam from other players?
