Hm, funny... To me, it reads as follows:

Dispersion: Cooldown reduced to 2 minutes, down from 3 minutes.

It's almost like you're trying to rabble rouse by creating dissension that need not exist. Probably not though right? I mean, that wouldn't be very intelligent. Not with a forum post on the subject just a click away. You'd never do something like that, right?

Didn't you hear? The new conspiracy of blizzard is to nerf classes by buffing them now. This idea is that this will cause mass confusion and hysteria.

Crygil, is Dispersion tooltip right? I have been stunned while dispersed and it says you are immune to the effects for the duration.

Is it an error in the tooltip that you can be stunned while dispersed or is the spell not working correctly?
