Technically Forsaken are physically dead, they shouldn't even be moving.
But if necromantic magic can reanimate their limbs and mind, who know what else is reanimated. >.>

But that said, do the undead age? Do they grow then deteriorate with time?
Babies that don't age aren't going to workout too well.

I think blizz more or less left this undefined, to save on having to recon if they change their mind.

On a serious note it really would bring things into a perspective no one would want to see. Undead kids/babies would gain huge bad pub and turn off many fans. It just wouldnt be right.

doubt it, forsaken are born simply from rising from the ground, and it is likely the lich king would use children since you would have well...sissy zombies
Forsaken probably wouldn't raise them either since they probably don't age, so children would probably mean a bunch of zombies running around doing nothing, and we all know we can't have THAT.
