Q u o t e: Has anyone actually gotten clearification on this? It says unable to move "while feared" which implies they are still under the effect of a normal fear but can't move. Which would mean they are stuck there and able to be damaged while stuck in the fear.
Or does this mean everyone is just incapacitated like the primary target and will be able to move after some damage is done to them?
Need clearification.
I think it's like the old DnD glyph, where they stood in place cowering in fear.
Q u o t e:
This morning a Resto druid punched me in the eye when I was trying to eat my Fruit Loops.
If you didn't even know it was part of a warrior's toolkit, then I can't see how you can accurately make a judgment as to it's usefulness.
No offense.
Fear can only logically be used on trash, or the very rare boss with adds that need to be tanked by a tank. Do you really make a habbit of fearing trash? Most players learned 4 years ago that fear in an instance is a TERRIBLE choice.

he's already looking like an idiot, don't rub salt in the wounds
Q u o t e: We didn't change Intimidating Shout. This may have been data-mined from a non-warrior version of the ability or possibly a tooltip clarification.
I'll try it just to make certain, but this is not an official change made by the class designers.
I like the change to Intimidating shout. Please consider keeping it. Having mobs cower in fear, instead of running willy nilly into the next mob is very helpful, even if any damage breaks the effect. Our current fear is difficult to use in pve.
Or maybe create a (minor) glyph for the same effect.

Seconded, the DnD version of it was extremely helpful while tanking heroic trash, but was OP because of DnDs almost non existent. The 2(3?) minute cooldown on the shout would balance that nicely. Hell, it'd essentially be Hungering Cold, but you can actually re-cc the mobs.
They have claimed few hours ago that the PTRs were up. They are not. But in the meanwhile, thousand of kids are crying in their bedroom wondering why the downloader won't work.
MMO can be useful, but you shouldn't believe it over Blizzard's official posts.
Don't post it like it was either. Basically, just don't put it on the front page PERIOD.

Thank you very much for clarifying this.
I think I'm going to take a (voluntary) vacation from posting in the forums. Any perceived nerf (when it comes to warriors, anyway) makes me very grumpy, probably because I like the game so damned much - and I hit the post button too much as a result.
