Additional instances cannot be launched, please try again later.

EDIT Deleted some content I just found out was against one of the polcies to post..

So, heres the deal. This is a huge problem we can't get into instances. We pay to play and have to wait 30min-4hours to get into an instance depending on your realm.

Here's what I want to know 1. Is blizzard working on the problem? 2. (Im sure blizzard will avoid this question or post all together) but give me an estimated time this will be fixed so we can actually play.



We see Additional instances cannot be launched, please try again later. for hours and hours on almost every instnace.

PS. In case mention Blizzard in the title is a crime you'll notice I put Bl*@@%^# instead of Blizzard in the tittle.

It is the MOST frustrating problem in a great game.

After remaining on Hold for about 45min I found out that GM's in game cannot help you with any of these problems; nor can technical support cause they only handle account login issues; nor can phoning customer service the bottom line is only The Game Designers in Forums can give you an answer. If they do not get to this post for whateever reason you can email the manger or general mailbox to get an answer. Hope you will.

I've never seen this issue, and I've only heard about it from friends/guildies once or twice. I wonder if it only affects certain battle groups?

I dont know but as far as I know battle groups are associated with BGS and this is concerning instances and raids.

Transfer to a less populated server.

Same exact problem on low populated realms trust me I paid for a tranfer for one of my toons and the same problems.

We do have plans to address this, but it requires hardware infrastructure maintenance and reorganization which can take some time to prepare and implement for all realms and battlegroups. We are working to address the situation as quickly as possible.

On a side note, your concern is perfectly legitimate. There was no need to bring up forum moderation regarding another player's account, as that is a violation of the Code of Conduct. Raising a concern on the forums requires only that one comes here and discusses it in a civil fashion, not spam us out of frustration, then send in one's friend to repost on one's behalf in only a slightly more reasonable fashion.
