I thought the new 10-man raid instance, Zul'Aman was supposed to be in the patch today, but the patch notes don't mention it?

It's not in yet. It's in a future patch though.

No, Blizzard has specifically stated that Zul'Aman will be part of a patch, not an expansion.

Watch for it to go into PTR. I will come a patch or 2 after that PTR closes. Hopefully in 2.4

Well the fights are harder but there are fewer of them therefore it is shorter. Kara has like 12 bosses zulamon is only slated to have 6 bosses.
