so i can't but notice many classes got large lists of changes this patch.....nothing gaming changing, but they were looked into.... we got a few nerfs, and bug fix which was really a small nerf...... i have been talking a peak on the forums the last 2 days first with the wf cool down excitement of yesterday, then today we are all talk about the the new animation for wf....

as comunity why are we not pushing the bigger issue in that yet another patch has come and gone and still no changes to the shaman, and once again even more limitations.

Because I think the comunity on the whole has come to the inevitable realization that, despite the ruckus we raise here almost daily, the dev's are either not listening or just don't care anymore.

We are not: Warriors, Rogues, Warlocks or Paladins, therefore, Blizzard doesnt care.

Hunters have been dealing with the same neglect for a very long time now.

There is quite a bit coming for you in patch 2.3, which should have a quick release turn-around, at least when time between 2.1 and 2.2 due to the massive undertaking that was patch 2.2 as a result of voice chat and the major sound changes.

Ya i really hope it comes soon... cuz this is my last leveling toon and if it doesnt pan out im just going to give up... some of us players enjoy hybrids but they get very little luv by blizz... i cant stand any pure dps class.. they are boring and very tedious.. shammy is fun and i hope we get alittle more luv

I think the big let-down is that it took about 4-5 months (2.1 in May, 2.2 in September) to see a new patch with little to be excited about. It boggles my mind that the majority of time spent on 2.2 was due to the voice chat plugin -- something that 90% of wow players were already getting by just fine without (even the small guilds have ventrilo or teamspeak now, or even Skype). With 2.3 introducing MORE IMPORTANT class changes AND the speculation of a new 10 man (ZA), how are we ever supposed to believe that 2.3 will be a "quick release turn-around"?

I'm not saying it won't happen, but the morale on this class forum (and other class forums) are so run into the ground with nerfs and fixes and mindless patches that it's become what seems to be a hopeless effort to get any positive changes to this class in a reasonable time frame. Granted, 2.3 does bring a few positive changes for shaman, but there are bigger issues to the class that need dealt with (like where our long-promised totem UI is, and what's being done to increase pvp survivability to elemental & enhancement shaman outside a 41 pt talent that is removable by 4 classes).

And this voice chat that made the patch take a few MONTHS to release is where?

edit: never mind I forgot about all the productive work done to changing certain classes shoulders.

Stupid Voice chat :(

Last patch was too much delayed.

You're welcome. No changes to those abilities, and while not the same, in patch 2.3 frost shock will no longer be subject to diminishing returns. This should prove useful.
