Cooldown on Paladin's Crusader Strike is being reduced to 6 seconds. Also, Paladins are getting general Retribution buffs (I don't know anything more specific).
Blind will also no longer be considered a poison.

Okay, here's some more, this is Shaman-specific. Source is
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=1778014822&pageNo=2&sid=1#34 Note that these are only a few of the upcoming changes.
Shamanistic Rage will also reduce all damage taken by 30% for the duration of the ability in addition to its current effect.
Spirit Weapons will also reduce melee threat by a total of 30% rather than 15%.
From the same thread, there are going to be general Elemental and Restoration buffs for Shamans as well, no specifics yet.
Also, all Shamans will be able to equip two handed maces and two handed axes without spending a talent point. In place of the current talent will be "Elemental Focus," which puts you in a "Focused State" after landing a melee critical strike, reducing the mana cost of your next shock spell by 60%.
Another Shaman buff, same thread:
The talent "Mental Quickness" will, in addition to its current effect (2/4/6% cost reduction on instant spells) also add bonus damage and healing based on 10/20/30% of your total attack power.
Here's something else that affects all three hybrids. Same thread again. Quoting this time (posted by Eyonix):
"We're adding new relics to support all talent trees in patch 2.3 for Shaman, Paladins and Druids. In addition, (not that this will sweep you off your feet), most of the arena-system relics have been renamed so there is a more consistent naming convention."
Also, a more general note, Zul'Aman is indeed finished and is just going through the last bit of testing. It's confirmed that it will be coming in 2.3. In fact, 2.3 is supposedly coming sooner than 2.2 did after 2.1.

Big change for Subtlety rogues, again quoting, posted by Drysc here
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=1778517078&sid=1&pageNo=3#40
"Do you mean the amazing change to Shadowstep so that it can now be used at any time, not only while stealthed? In addition, after use of Shadowstep threat caused by the next Ambush, Garrote or Backstab will be reduced by 50%. The cooldown will however be increased to 40 seconds.
Also on the Subtlety front is a change to Dirty Deeds so that it will also be increasing damage of special attacks by 10/20% against targets that are below 35% health.
We're also taking a look at bumping up Hemorrhage a bit, but no details yet on what that may be."
Q u o t e:
Edit: FYI, I reported the post for a sticky request.
Likewise.
Something new, regarding Mages, source is
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=1778026213&pageNo=3&sid=1#51 Posted by Drysc.
".. we're changing Evocation in 2.3 to instead restore 15% of your total mana every 2 seconds, instead of being a Spirit-based mana regen increase."
Another change. The TK attunement quest line will give the title "Champion of the Naaru" to those who complete it. The quest will be hard-capped at 70, preventing people from going back in the coming expansion at 80 and getting the title easily.

HUNTERS! Some news for you, posted by Drysc:
"For example, Serpent Sting, Immolation Trap and Explosive Trap are going to gain additional damage based on ranged attack power. I think everyone enjoys scaling."

Okay, have fun everyone, I can't stick around anymore. Looking forward to hearing about the Elemental and Restoration changes for Shamans. Hopefully we can get this thread stickied to help everyone see what's upcoming.
Qqadin, thanks for leading this thread, excellent compilation, lots of love!
