I would imagine there will be an alternative way of getting in. Retaining the key would be nice, though.

Please make a basic attunement like you did for Kara. This really helped make sure people were actually ready to raid and gives a nice sense of accomplishment when it is completed.

I think it's going to depend on how Naxx is handled.
Scenario 1: Old Naxx goes away, new one replaces it. Requires new attunement due to it being 20 levels higher than the previous one. This will no doubt be a quest for a splinter faction of the Argent Dawn, who's rep will in no way connect to the current AD and will use different tokens. I'm going with "Argent Dawn Expedition."
Scenario 2: Old Naxx stays, new one created too. The old dungeon keeps the same attunement requirements, the new one gets the requirements mentioned above.
Scenario 3: No attunement whatsoever for new Naxx, or attunement it dropped a couple months after release.
TLDR version: The new Naxx with either have no attunement whatsoever or will have something entirely new; it won't use the old version.
