Ok, since this has been posted around 10 times but still has been ignored I will post it again... can other rogues please help keep this bumped so we can get a response?

Relentless Earthstorm Diamond in its current state is only giving the 3% increased crit damage to yellow attacks unlike 2.1 when it was all attacks.

Is this a bug or should I get a new meta?! working as intended?

hmm no one else is concerned about the effect of the the most used pve metagem for rogues?

Perhaps because it has been posted ten times we don't need another thread asking the same thing?

none of them are even on the front page and all of them have 0 replies, there was never a discussion about it worthy of a blue notice.

It's not answered so it does warrant reposting. You don't have the Meta gem anyway.

Unless you are going for the "Most number of posts in a day" award please focus on posting when necessary, not just because someone added a post.

When you get more experience people will listen to you more. Or maybe not.

Someday Drysc or Kalgan (or Hortus) will respond about the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond. This affects rogues and hunters for sure, and maybe some warriors too. And DPS casters.

It's kind of a big deal.

First, the CMs do not troll these forums looking for bugs. Bugs should be posted to the bug forum.

Secondly, there was a bug report filed related to this in the bug forum to find out if this is a bug or is working as intended with a link to the 2.1 patch note about how the RED works. Spamming the forum with the same question over and over is just plain annoying.
