Again, I beg you to consider the feedback received here and and have a good look at letting us simply pick what color forms we'd like. Not all players will match as well as you think, especially fr night elves where hair and skin-tone can differ drastically. There are a number of good threads on the matter both here and in the suggestion forum explaining the logic of it from pretty much every angle that I'm sure would be enlightening :\

To be honest, though the artwork is awesome for both Tauren and Night Elf forms, the Tauren forms have a more "finished" or polished feel to them. They feel complete to me.

The Night Elf forms seem unfinished.

I think it has to do with the tiny enhancements. The "branding" on the Night Elves really is not analogous to the Tauren's war paint, and Tauren seem to be slightly better accessorized. Even having ear cuffs on the Nelf bears (cf EFF) would have just added that little something-something.

But overall, still superbly done.

There's nothing wrong with the current bear form. It's the Cat form that's twenty five shades of ugly.

Hmm maybe they will surprise us and have furbished and improved the Tauren look somewhat.

Since when is going from brown to reddish brown maiming anything? Unless it's blood I guess. Still, "maim" is hardly the right word when discussing color changing cows.

As long as my black-furred tauren will end up as a black bear and a black lion, all is well.

The regular flight form for taurens had night elf ears

Were are the Moonkin forms? I wold even like to have my normal pure form while still having all the moonkin benefits from a minor glyph. U can keep ur cool original armor ne look while being in Moonkin from plz.

I think i speak for a lot of us obsessive character looks kind of people?
Say we have full tier 7 and so we switched our hair to green to match it without helm.

Or

You like the way your tauren looks in party mode.(naked)

I hope we are not going to need to change our hair colors/skins to rainbows so we look ugly out of form but have the cool look we want for bear and cat?

I hope blizzard is not overlooking the players character looks vs the bear/cat we want.
Just be a lot easier if you did not have to sacrifice one or the other.
That is all i am saying.

p.s. The new forms are amazing. i tried figuring out what purple hair got me. wasn't until i saw the colored gems on the cat form necklace that i figured i'd give the placement a go.

Honestly, I won't mind the fact that I will have to change my skin color. You know why? Because I will always either be in form, or have gear so I can't see it anyways.

Also, I believe you mean GJ, not GG. GJ means good job, whereas GG means good game.

A lot of people (especially tauren) choose to not display their ugly helms, thus revealing fur, skin, hair, etc.
