With Death Knights and Druids tanks currently ruling Ulduar how do you plan on making us equal again with the other tanks?

Thank you for fielding questions and taking the time to do so.

1. Warriors have to work hard at tanking and especially hard at AoE tanking. I think a lot of this has to do with the fact that no warrior attacks have a lasting "tick" and need to be refreshed. While the debuff is up, it does no damage. Is there going to be some addressing of the AoE tanking abilities a warrior has, possibly some damage that occurs while our debuffs are up?

2. I didn't mind that Paladins got a single target taunt, in addition to their 3 target taunt. I did mind that it does damage. Why doesn't our Taunt, Demoralizing Shout?

3. Stance dancing; it just doesn't happen. Keeping certain abilities tied to certain stances feels overly restrictive. No other class who has such a mechanic is hampered when they change, why is it that warriors are?

4. Shield Block. I miss spamming it because it had an purpose. Now I'm just jealous that Paladins have 100% uptime and we have another Cooldown. I know there is a lot of discussion presently about Shield Block and I hope it involves bringing the shield mechanic back to the defining hallmark the warrior deserves.

5. I love Leader of the Pack. Ever since then, I've wished that warriors had a raid wide buff since Battle Shout gets overwritten by Blessing of Might and all we're left with is Commanding Shout. And we have more than 1 warrior so what does the other do? Is there any thoughts or plans to give Warriors something that can define them, inspiring their troops or giving some sort of heroic presence or some such?

6. Please re-considering Taunt as a mechanic in PvP and making it available to all stances. Losing one's target won't turn the tide of the battle but it gives warriors utility beyond MS.

First of all those aren't questions...

Anyways, my questions:

1. In PvP, since Paladins and DK's both have large attacks that ignore armor, warriors can feel very inadequate when going toe to toe against them. Anything being done to fix that?

2. Is there anything being planned to fix the charge/intercept lag issues in arena? Oftentimes they keep moving after you charge so by the time the stun wears off you are not even to them yet.

3. Any chance that the range on our dazing shout can be upped? Often you will be JUST out of melee range (or at least will be when lag is taken into account) but when you shout, you are not close enough for it to hit.

4. I know I shouldn't really complain about warriors in PvP since things are so much better than they were in 3.0, but is anything being done to change the fact that warriors don't really have a reliable CC?

I have a few questions, so I'll just make a list.

1.) Are there any plans to bring Sword and Mace specs up to par with Axes? As of right now, there's no way to spec any differently since Sword spec is utterly useless and Mace spec just isn't as good.

2.) How exactly does blizzard WANT us to use stance dancing? You guys have told us that it's not something we have to macro around, but currently, that's the only way to get the job done.

3.) With Arms Warriors so reliant on it's bleeds now, can you please stop making monsters/vehicles immune to our bleeds so our damage isn't severly gimped?

Why do the majority of our abilities have some kind of restriction or drawback on them so that we cannot just use them without meeting some special requirement or putting us at risk in some way?
Ex: Shield Wall = Shield
Spell Reflect = Shield
Titan's Grip = Reduced Damage
Juggernaut = Increase charge cooldown
Taste For Blood = Must Do Damage to Target (unabsorbed)
Sudden Death = RNG
Charge = Latency and player movement glitches
Slam = Cast Time
Shattering Throw = Cast Time/High Rage Cost
Stances = Penalties, loss of rage, abilities tied to stances
Self Heals = Majority require us to be stunned or slowed
Taunt = Useless in pvp even though Rogues can use their PvE ability Distract
Heroic Strike = Takes place of our regular attack.
Rage = Starts at 0. Only way to generate OOC is on a long cooldown.
Armor = Our DPS is mitigated by other's armor, but we have no real way to mitigate incoming damage of other classes.
Revenge/Overpower = Require us to avoid or target to avoid.

1. Heroic strike is an outdated mechanic in both roles. Are there any ideas on the table for a fix, and could you share them?

2. How do you feel the drop from 10 to 5% dmg taken in zerker stance has worked out? Any chance of a reduction to 0? While we're at it, counterbalance on abilties in general is so 2004, can we get rid of it?

3. Weapon specs aren't fun or interesting. No matter how close you get them, one will always be better. Having several items per zone be almost unusable due to spec doesn't really sit right. Is changing them in some way something that could be considered?

4. Can we get a 3rd real glyph for fury pve?

Any plans on bringing sword specialization on par with the other specializations?

One thing that is rarely brought up is how Recklessness as it is now is a near worthless cooldown for both PVE & PVP. Any plans on taking a look at it and changing it to something useful?

Have you thought about giving warriors a threat reduction ability?

Why are DKs able to death grip warriors during Bladestorm? The tooltip should say "cannot be stopped unless killed or deathgripped."

* Are there any plans to fix the "avoidance gets better, rage gets worse" mechanic ?
* Please remove TG and let us do our damage as Fury from 2 1H weapons.
* Any plans to baseline all the tanking classes, including Warriors to have the same HP/Armor/Mitigation/Cooldowns, but just in slightly different ways.
* Any plans to do away with AGI-> Crit % for Warriors as this is a large part of the problem with us using leather, it's why deep wounds had to balanced and it's also why TG had to be balanced so hard. Removing it fixes our Plate itemization.
* Consider putting a mechanic for Rage on avoidance (Frustrating Defense?)
* Can we get some more protection abilities on Warriors as tanks.
* Please do something with block.

Lastly..

Can we get 3 tree's equally useful for tanking DPS and PVP, the ability to use 2H or Dual Wield or 1H/Shield with each tree, ie like the DK's. Our tree's feel really archaic compared to the new kids, and you've stated you like them having 3 tree's they can use for both jobs.

AGI Gear still gives us free Crit Ghostcrawler. Why would we want STR and 2 DPS Stats when we can get Crit % and 3 DPS stats. Stop AGI giving Warriors Crit and STR gear becomes BiS

Why does warrior have no base movement increase talent like other melee?

Why are each of the "hard hitting warrior attacks" (MS, EXECUTE, etc) hitting for less than dk hard hitting attacks, and yet we're considered "too bursty"?

How come our mobility is considered "too great" and yet being kited around in pvp is the only thing casters do to us?

Are you guys trying to make prot the only viable pvp spec?

1.Will Protection warrior dps ever be comparable to the other eqaully geared tanking classes?

2. Will the length of our shouts ever be increased?

3. Why is the Deflection talent still in the arms tree?( This seems to be more of a Protection talent)

4. Certain stance only abilitys.(ex. whirlwind only in berserker stance).Have the devolpers ever talked about this recently? If they have do they want to keep it at its current state or has there ever been serious disscussion about lifting some of the stance penelties?

5.Fun question: Who is the best warrior tank out of all the devs? :)

3. What are your plans for block/shield block?

4. Do you like the current Arms rotation?

5. Given that Slam sees little to no use without some allocation of talent points, have you considered any changes to the baseline ability?

6. Do you like the current Fury rotation?

7. If you had to design WotLK Fury talents again, would you as a broad concept go with Titan's Grip as a talent a second time?

8. In retrospect, would/could you have implemented Enraged Assault? Have you considered implementing additional Enrage-consuming abilities?

9. Can you explain the design process that created and dropped Bloodbath?

10. Similarly, Stalwart Protector (rage on parry/dodge)?

11. In TBC, there was a brief flirtation with Dazed mechanics increasing damage. In Wrath there appears to be a strong desire for proc based responsive / whackamole play. Can we expect this proc based play to continue into the next expansion or will it go the way of Dazed?

12. Do you like weapon specializations for Arms? Have you considered consolidation or breaking the weapon type application of each speciality?

out of all 3 of a warriors weapon specializations sword spec is by far the worst to chose, are there any plans to address this? I got a few ideas;

- 5 % chance to proc on white hits can only occur every 6 seconds (as is now) 5 % more dmg dealt while having a sword equipped

-5 % chance to proc on all hits dealing damage with your sword can only occur every 10 seconds

-5 % chance to proc on white hits, can only occur every 6 seconds (as is now) 10 % more bleed damage

-5 % chance to proc on white hits can only occur every 6 seconds (as is now) increases critical strike chance by 5 % on all special attacks while having a sword equipped.

Let me know what you guys think or if you have any other suggestions? Thanks for your time :)

what the hell i'll give it a shot.

We need buffs not nerfs have you fought a ret pally, DK, Frostmage, etc as a warrior? What classes can we beat with moderate to low difficulty? Can you please put in a system to allow us to trade pvp gear among classes so we don't have to mindlessly gear up another character for pvp, since warriors are nerfed to extinction.

I spent a good 3 weeks gearing my warrior for this season to see how utterly useless it is in 3s. Battlegrounds are not fun, THEY ARE NOT FUN. Not after you played them for five years straight. Let badges be transferable among characters, at least that way i can buy 5/5 hateful with my warrior's tokens for another class.

My guild lets me raid as arms, and i still do less damage than warlocks in blues. Is their ever going to be a point where warriors are fun again? I don't even feel like playing world of warcraft anymore. I only log in for raids now , arena is dead to me and being medocire because of my class is terrible is frusterating.

My guild had me step down from being a MT because warriors are terrible at maintaining threat. They rather have DKS mt because they have more dodge, more health, more cooldowns. The only thing they don't have is block and since block is terrible now it doesn't matter. I'm just so sick of this class, i've been playing a warrior for five years and i don't think it has ever been this bad.

I don't expect a response, or recognition here. I expect more retarded one liners saying L2P. Honestly i don't care anymore. Infamous is looking better than world of warcraft and i think i'll go do that instead.

Warriors suck ass and you know it.
