1. Are there any plans to make Shaman totems more mobile? Or at least, allow us to move them from location to location? I guess I'm asking if there are any plans to change/alter/improve the totem mechanic?
2. I have a Resto Druid and Resto Shaman. My Resto Shaman is much less fun because of ineffective AoE healing and b/c I run out of mana significantly faster. Are there any plans to improve Restoration Shaman playstyle and mana regen mechanics?
Enhancement PvP is still somewhat lackluster. It seems to me that when the finishing abilities/talents (Kill Shot, HoW, Execute, Merciless Combat) and spammable abilities (Ice Lance, Moonfire) were being passed out, Shaman were left out.
Why is it that every other melee in the game gets some sort of buff to damage/ finishing move except enhance? If enhance was given something like HoW it would greatly help enhance pvp. Enhance either needs to go back to being a glass cannon or become a healtanking melee.
We always accepted being squishy because we knew that if we could survive long enough to get a windfury proc we could insta kill people. Now we retain our squishyness but lack our burst. A finisher move would help balance this out.
A couple suggestions for Lava Lash seemed like they would do this.
The first was my own in which Lava Lash was turned into a 25% weaker version on HoW
The second however I quite liked which turned Lava Lash into a guaranteed offhand weapon proc.
Example: : Lava Lash:
10 Second Cooldown. (yes up the cooldown to balance out the ability. We dont want to be OP blizz, we just want to be balanced.)
Imbues your offhand weapon with lava striking the enemy for 100% weapon damage and guarantees that your offhand weapon imbue will deal damage. If the weapon is imbued with flametounge it burns the target for X damage over Y seconds.
So for Flametounge it would place a DoT on the target which would help our sustained damage
For Frostbrand it would be a guaranteed slow freeing up our shock cooldown solely for interrupts or frost shock roots if neccisary.
For Windfury it would be a guaranteed proc which would do two things. 1) would help us get down that last % health in order to finish off our target before it can receive a saving heal while our abilities are on cooldown and 2) it would bring back WF/WF for enhance which was a very successful strat during burning crusade.
The second Idea seems like it would add to enhance versatility and support various playstyles without making it overpowered.
I am concerned that enhance will be overlooked for the most part/ entirely again as it has been for several patches.
