I've actually used feint for the first time in about 3 years. It's great for XT-002 to reduce strain on the healers, and it's almost necessary if you're on interrupt duty against the Iron Council. I'll have to see if it's useful elsewhere too.

This advice works as of 4/20/09:
15/51/5 or 18/51/2 are the best Combat specs.
51/13/7 with Master Poisoner is best Mutilate spec.
8/20/44 is best HAT spec. 3 IE, 2 Malice, 3 Ruthlessness.
Wound on Mainhand, Deadly on Offhand at all times. Mutilate is IP/DP.
Now that AR is on a shorter cooldown, on a lot of fights I find myself using it as soon as I've used up all my energy. I also spam a macro that activates all of my haste abilities (Eng. gloves, Blade Flurry). If you have a shaman, blow all those cooldowns at the same time when there is a Heroism.
Use Feint on Deconstructor when the throws a tantrum; it helps the healers. This early into the patch, I would avoid speccing HAT if you aren't in a super serious guild. It depends solely on your group comp, and since everyone is going to be wiping a lot your DPS will suffer.

Spec 18/51/2 and been topping meters on some fights and doing great in trash
Razorscale - 1 point into IMP FoK helps a ton with interrupting the caster trash when getting razorscale to land
Ignis - Cloak of Shadows works for flame Jets, As does vanish if you time it correctly. Feint also helps a ton with reducing stress on healers for flame jets when your other cooldowns are down.
XT - Feint on the Earthquake
Kologran - If you stand under his right armpit you can attack his body and his right arm without having to Move. Also Blade flurry will hit his right arm and his body from this position. I got 60k Dmg out of my first bladeflurry when we downed him.
