Everyone is constantly in combat in ulduar, after clearing all trash, after downing new bosses, can't leave combat.

Happening to everyone on my server.

I realize it's patch day and things don't go as planned and testing is hard to rely on 100% of the time. This, however, is absolute garbage. Guilds like ours deal with so many ridiculous decisions and terrible player catering and crying and when we finally get one day to do something in the game that truly appeals to and interests us, you completely screw up it up beyond all recognition. I don't care how elitist this post may sound, stop screwing us over.

But, hey- my mount can swim.

especially after being reported in ptr feedback threads multiple times. i've certainly stated many times about it. were those threads actually read?

Did you also note the bug with Iron Constructs not removing Ignis' buff when they die? We reported it to a GM on the PTR and showed how renaming the mob from Brittle Iron Construct to Molten Construct was to blame. How did that bug make it to live?

More specifically, why weren't these bosses put back up on the PTR for testing? If the bosses are so bugged only one or two guilds in the world could kill the bugged version why weren't they tested more?

I don't believe you made the choice on release date. However, this is the second patch in a row that has had to be immediately fixed. This demonstrates a repeated lack of judgment by the individual responsible for deciding when a patch is ready for release, in most companies they would be immediately replaced by someone more competent. This needs to be brought up to that person's boss. You don't upset 11 million users to meet some artificial deadline.

At least your instance is up. Ours crashed more than an hour ago, and we've been sitting at blue-bar-boss ever since. It's like the PTRs all over again =/.

Adding an actual issue instead of QQ:


We did Flame Leviathan on 10man, all towers destroyed. FL consistently targetted both of our Demolishers at the beginning/middle/end of the fight, ignoring both Siege Tanks that were alive for the entire fight. I can provide a combat log if needed.


Was a lot of fun downing the boss, though we wiped on Ignis trash and Razorscale a bunch before calling it a night.

I believe targetting Demolishers along with Siege Engines is intended, having your Engines ignored for the whole fight may have just been RNG.

Hey at least Blizz is trying... I can't wait till Yogg and Alagon, Cthun 1.0 inc, but hey its not like it is their jobs to fixed obvious bugged that had been reported 100's of times.

I mean do you guys want people to quit, god knows what will happen when we get to the boss that actually require you to pay attention.

This has easily been the worst, and biggest let down of any patch, but hey at least you're still getting our money right?

Seemed to be a 6-min enrage, that might just be tightly tuned though, it could certainly be done, and I believe has been done somewhere by some favored-by-the-gods-of-rng guilds.
