The weather man predicts large swaths of lag, as hordes of people all try to cram into the same pipelines as everyone else. Only time will alleviate the congestion.

Are the missing parts blacked out? Cuz there's a blue comment about that on one of the stickies in the Technical forum:

1. Your character appears mostly black. Shoulders, helms, weapons, and cape are excluded from being black.
This issue seems to be from a new system that we put in place. To disable it, add this to your config.wtf file:
SET componentCompress "0"
You can also enter this command in your chat to set it:
/console componentCompress 0
Hit enter, then restart the game.

I'm having problems too. You have to download the new quest helper for 3.1 and unfilter the level restriction and the quests should show up. Also you have to reapply your talent points to get the missing spells and whatnot. My quest log had like 20 quests in it last night and now it had 5, WTF is that about. I'm trying to figure out why I don't have those quests anymore.
ok ive done that but its till not showing up it doesnt even tell my what lvl the quest is that im doing i even clicked on the map and there is nothing but the city im in so even though it says i have quests to do i cant find them man im starting to get irrated anyways while this crap gets figured out ill be on facebook
