Go walk around, pick pocket 20 mobs, make sure auto loot is on, walk by, press your pick pocket key... win.
Not to mention, you'll come out with a few extra gold.
It's not an issue if you get 4-6 blinding powder per box.... unless you blind every 3 minutes exactly, it'll still take you an hour to go through a stack.

Anyways this would be nice also then maybe a 2 min CD cus 1 min would be way OP since its instant. Would be nice to use blind while questing as a regular CC not an OMG fawk im about to die blind(50s) bandage lol.
I'm not sure why the change may have been implemented and then removed, there could be any number of reasons. I don't think it's really an important question at the moment though as the change is still planned to go in.
In 2.3 Blind will no longer require a reagent. It will also be changed to a physical attack, will share the same diminish category as Cyclone, and diminish in PvE as well as PvP.
