I agree with this idea, I'm not a raider, but I really think something like this will help offset the "lack of unique" feeling when they see pvp'ers wearing the same gear as them.
Raiders deserve a title to show their guild progression to everybody.

C'thun Eye Vanquisher?
We do plan to add more titles in the game in the future but not necessarily for just defeating end game bosses. We plan to keep them somewhat rare like they have been so far.

Like how finding a blade of grass in a cow pasture is rare?

Too many titles already imo. I still don't even know what many of the current titles are for (e.g. is duelist better than rival?). I was happy when they let me remove my worthless, Blood Guard title.
