Sinister Calling percent damage bonus has been bugged and isn't multiplicative. This means it benefits Hemorrhage more than Backstab, because adding 10% to 180% weapon damage only takes it to 190% (192% with opportunity?) instead of 198% (180% * 1.1).
In comparison, Opportunity and Aggression are multiplicative. Opportunity increases Backstab from 150% weapon damage to 180% (20% total damage increase, as the tooltip suggests), and Aggression increases Backstab from 180% to 207% (15% total damage increase, as the tooltip suggests - can't afford to get this talent as subtlety).
It is technically not bugged if you look at the tooltip, which says "percentage damage bonus by an additional...."
However that's a pretty confusing tooltip and leads to a bonus that is slightly low compared to what we do with most talents. The intent is that it gets to 198% so we'll make sure it does.

OMG!!! More tooltip fixes inc. Just what us rogues needed.

ty GC! it's always fun to read those good ol' tooltip changes. :D /excited.
Q u o t e: Why is everything that's bugged not really a bug, but a tooltip error?
Its not a bug or a tooltip error.
Sinister calling does EXACTLY what it says on the tooltip.
GC said this effect is too weak, so they are changing it to be in line with what people thought it did. (or at least, thought it should do)
Once again, Sinister Calling is being buffed. It is not just a tooltip change. The talent will be more effective than it is now. It is going from an additive 10% bonus damage to a multiplicative 10% damage multiplier.
