Ret Paladin: WTF!? Did you just pummel his Greater Heal?

Warrior: I thought that's what I'm supposed to do when I see a healer freecasting...

Ret Paladin: Are you a #@%#ing moron? Take pummel off of your bars and never use it again. How are we supposed to get 75% healing reduction when you're off pummeling every single heal you see?

Wait, So what is the point of removing SA, the healers still have to heal us and we still damage ourselves every time we dps.

Paladin PvP is comming out to be beastly.

I think SA was nerfed to stop Holy Paladins from having a near infinite mana pool when paired with other healers in 3s and 5s.

Ret got an incredibly small dps buff (still wells hort of where we need to be) at the cost of

Losing all mana regen from Blood (rets damage is already balanced around 3 major glyphs that give +damage, so they cant use the mana regen ones...)

Not being able to sustain a damage rotation with current mana regen, for as long as some fights take.

Still not having useful places for talent points, given the current state of Holy and Prot.

At least CS is on RV like it should have been from the time RV was designed.

it was cutting lay on hands and judge/seal of light heals in half. Fix for tankadins mostly (since tankadins are gonna have plea up 100% of the time).

It's so it doesn't effect a Prot Pallies Judgment of Light when he constantly has that buff up now in PvE.

Main: Cpttenacious - 80 - Pally - Mainspec: Ret / Offspec: Prot ( I don't pvp )
Alt : Cptdecay - 70 - DK - Not sure yet

Ok, so they unbroke ret. Not bad. And DV on CS has been a long asked for thing.

But they did it without changing a single on of our talent point setups, and SoB/M is still the same self bleed. That means we still get to raid with about 12 talent points unchosen just for kicks, and SoB still hurts us for no good reason whatsoever. Even if we do deal competitive raid dps now, why should we take OT lvls of dps to do it, unlike anyone else in the game (life tap and SW:D don't come close to Blood/Martyr).

I also think linking that MS thingy to an ability we have to use on CD for raids and probably in PvP to do reasonable dps is a bad idea. I don't like that MS thingy in general though.

One correction:

* Crusader Strike is now An instant strike that causes 110% weapon damage. In addition, if you strike a player while they are casting, their magical damage and healing will be reduced by 50% for 6 sec.

That is not an official change. It is something we were experimenting with, but not a change we are going to make for 3.1.

The short story is that while we want to make Crusader Strike a more exciting ability, we don't think that this is the way to go about it. The "Overpower debuff" won't really give them anything more interesting in PvE. In PvP it isn't as game-changing for a warrior who already had access to an interrupt and the Mortal Strike debuff. Giving both of those to a paladin could be very game-changing and not the kind of thing we are ready to do without a lot more testing.

Sorry for any confusion. Sometimes in our haste to update the PTR as often as we can, you get a chance to see behind the curtain a little more than we intend. :)

Please no more caster hate.

If you are going to add something to it, let it not be more caster hate in pvp.

Some people say arena measures skill. Others say raiding measures skill.
I say achievement points measure how much more fun I can have in a game than you.
