Man has a point. They did a brilliant job of destroying their own city.

They did not destroy their own city. Their city was being invaded by troggs. In a last ditch attempt before they fled the city, advisor Mekgineer Thermaplugg, convinced them to detonate a radiation bomb in attempt to destroy the troggs.

I take exception to this!

I am not a creature of destruction, in fact I always I apologize profusely for any inconvenience my murderous rampage may have caused!

Okay. So every now and then things get little bit messy. I mean, what's a girl to do, eh?

And besides, I DO heal!

I mean, everyone loves my pretty green healthstones, though they did stop asking where they came from when I told them " ... kittens."

And Mezzy, he really likes it when I keep him healthy, either by bashing on boorish baddies ... or when I *deep sigh* share from him my own strength. But Mezzy's a good voidwalker, he deserves to be treated right.

And I can even bring a body back to life ...

But that takes a we bit of proper planning.

EXACTLY! And as such we should be allowed to destroy disease, poison effects, and injuries.

I'm so happy we agree on this!

When trying to remove these effects, creatures of destruction end up destroying the body - there is no healing involved in this process.

I have to say that Gnome healers are terrible people. If you go around healing Gnomes you're just going to encourage them to breed and make even more of the little pests. Let natural selection take its course and enjoy a Gnome-free tomorrow!

But really, it's odd...Why didn't gnomes have a healer class to begin with? All the other races do. I really am curious.

Well, that explains it!

All the wards are failing because the Titans used mecha-gnomes (the precursors to gnomes) to maintain the facilities.

Stupid Titans, gnomes are to destroy, not maintain (or heal, when inflicted with the Curse of Flesh)!

It all makes sense now!

Actually, no it doesn't.

Gnomes are the descendants of the maintenance crew, so should have healers, the maintainers of the body.
