Anyone know a macro that will alert an individual when they are benefitting from PI of Pain Supression, but only tell them if the spell sucessfully cast.

Basically use the GetSpellCooldown function to see if the spell is castable or not...
/cast Power Infusion
/run if GetSpellCooldown("Power Infusion")==0 then SendChatMessage("The Power Of PI Compels You!","WHISPER",nil,UnitName(t)) end
I use this in conjunction with my penance on my main tank and best DPSer...
/target BestDPSer
/cast Power Infusion
/run if GetSpellCooldown("Power Infusion")==0 then SendChatMessage("The Power Of PI Compels You!","WHISPER",nil,UnitName(t)) end
/target MainTank
/cast Penance
It will target the DPSer, cast PI if it is available and only whisper them if it was actually cast, then target the main tank and cast penance. I do this to ensure that PI is cast every time it is available.
I only wish I could figure out a way to list several DPSers, and randomly pick from that list so I can share the love around.

Neth while you are here....Please suggest Rapture work on Divine Aegis as well as PW:S and all the Disc issues with 3.1 should be solved :-)

Well, I guess my question is why you're grouping with people who don't have auras enabled? If they can't see either the graphic, or the aura text float by saying they have it, then something's wrong.
Of course, you should use the macro the posters above have proffered.

I'm not the best with macros but I know "%t" represents "current target". You should be able to get your answer from stickies in the UI/Macro Forums.
Edit: Adjusted based on post below. Forgot the t part.
Unless Blizzard changed it from the last time I tried this macro DOES NOT work in BG's. It really is only good in a PvE setting. If thats all you want it for then its simply and works great.
However if anyone knows of one that works in BG's...I would be very interested in that one....Neth, Im looking at you.

Well, it works if the person is from your realm but I know what you mean.
Alternatively you could put it in /bg or /say - if they are close enough for pi, they are probably close enough for /say.
Or you could put it in /yell so that everyone knows to protect you.
Heh, that last part was a joke.

Sure I could say out loud to everyone in the malestrom of players who are trying to cap/defend the flag "Someone is this large chaotic group now has PI" ...as you pointed out %t doesnt work unless they are on your realm.
I see were you are going, A while back I looked everywere for a macro that would allow whispering in BG's for PI, for PS....even found a few that swore up and down that they work in BG's, but they dont (or atleast I couldnt get them to).
