I have been asking for help in the Tech support forums for several hours. (Two posts for at least 3 hours).
I am being ignored by the blues, and the only community response I got was off base. Though, I think technically right to the problem I first presented as I understood it.

I just looked at your post and it seems like you are asking blizzard to send you a USB file with the WoW folders on it. You're an idiot just stop trying. I'm not even going to bother reading your other posts.

He could just be asking for a direct download of the game files instead of having to download the WoW installer and letting that download the game....

Well you are playing the game from a region of the world where it hasn't actually been released. So your lucky you can get the game at all without getting someone from the states to ship it to you.
The internet is a true test of a person's character, and most people are jerks.

I'm assuming he's on a military base, and I'm pretty sure those are considered US Territory (Dad hasn't been deployed in years, so I've forgotten).
