As far as I'm aware, Blizzard hasn't announced this information.
If you place an infinite number of monkeys in a room full of typewriters, you'll eventually produce Shakespeare.
When you're short on monkeys you get forum trolls.

Undetermined as of yet.

Q u o t e:
Undetermined as of yet, but most likely Hello Kitty Island Adventure
fix't.
Note, I'm just kidding. Fairly sure whatever game it is will rock

Please don't forget that the BlizzCon beta keys represent a very small portion of our beta community when it's time for a beta. We take players from various sources when it's time for beta so that as many people as we feel necessary are given the opportunity to help us test.

Q u o t e: It would be nice if blizzcon was held somewhere other then cali though... Like the midwest or even the east coast.
You guys can do gaming conventions in Korea, how bout giving us some love :(
Well, you do have to remember that the Blizzard offices are located like less than an hour away from the Anaheim Convention Center. And you have to take into consideration how many Blizzard employees were attending. A TON. Korea is one thing, as they have offices there.
Also in response to:
Q u o t e: Giving a beta key to one demographic of people in a certain region like California of all places is pretty stupid.
I drove 650 miles to go to blizzcon with 4 of my buddies. I'm not from cali. I met people from all over the world there. And after shelling out $100 per ticket, and after that long drive, I feel that it was totally worth driving all the way there. I feel that giving Blizzcon attendees are really rewarded for attending. Blizzcon was an amazing experience for me, but after that goody bag, I'm gonna be making that trip for every Blizzcon. And heck, pulling out my murloc suit is just awesome! Thanks Blizzard!
