Every pvpriest should have improved inner fire. That's 32 charges, lots of armor, and a nice chunk of spell power.

If it gets purged, dispelled or spell stolen - that's BAD.

But none of the above will ever happen again - that's GOOD.

when a rogue is locking me down in stuns, and a shaman or priest is spamming away all my buffs, i like the idea that Inner Fire will still be there.

The melee piledrive that is DKs, rets, warriors, rogues, feral druids etc is bad enough, letting inner fire get dispelled and not putting it back up is a good way to die just that much more quickly.

I am sorry, but I am here to derail this thread.

I really am glad you guys got a nice buff with Inner fire, I know its basically the biggest thing I make sure I purge in PvP; to hear you get it undispellable means I can't render a priest naked as much anymore. It also means I don't have to spend so much time purging. win win, imo.

Now, to derail: WHERE IS THE WATER SHIELD LOVE

"The caster is surrounded by 3 globes of water, granting 50 mana per 5 sec. When a spell, melee or ranged attack hits the caster, 200 mana is restored to the caster. This expends one water globe. Only one globe will activate every few seconds. Lasts 10 min. Only one Elemental Shield can be active on the Shaman at any one time."

We get 3 globes and we also expend one of these globes everytime we crit with any of 3 of our 4 healing spells. We refresh Water Shield many times during a boss fight. So many times that only a shaman can appreciate it, haha. Can we please get more charges on it? I would probably wet my pants if it was even 9 charges. Also, having our shield be undispellable would be super nice (ES, WS, LS).

Hey Neth... can you give us any feedback on whether spells other than Prayer of Healing will become non-party-only?

i.e. things like holy nova?

Druids used to be unique cause they couldnt res normal, but could battle rez on a cooldown. Now they offer more than priests with their innervate. Shammies are a nice asset because they can reincarnate and save a wipe. Priests do what? flat out heal. no extra bells and whistles.

lmao. but yeh shadow fiends are horrible they get 1 shot in pvp its sad, I dont see why it was ever changed tho? Shadowtard was almos impossible to kill in tbc. I never saw anyone ever say that it was OP. so why did it get nerfed? :(

but yeh its a nice change, it isnt a big change very minor but still I think its nice, It would be even better with no charges >.> lol but I know thats not going to happen, we had to fight for like years for to get this far lol.

As for pve. meh its not big difference , I dont think I ever let IF drop off in pve ever, for pvp its preety good
I think the IF glyph for pvp could possibly be worth it now

A pathetically weak buff that is late by six months that does nothing to address the dismal state of Shadow PvP.

Honestly, I think the best thing you can do is put together some great discussion for the Healing forums and really see what you can hash out there. Ghostcrawler is very vigilant about reading as much as possible even if he may not respond to everything.

We are doing some changes that you've already seen part of and this patch today was very minor in comparison.
