You can stop the message from showing up. Just right click General tab -> Settings -> Other -> and uncheck Battleground Neutral. The Ice Stone has melted! message will no longer appear.

My guildies and I think this is the ulduar opening event, drive 3/4 of the player base insane, the other fourth is CASUALLLSSS. >.>

Practically a shotgun barrage of them every few mins on Shadow Council, and then a lull of nothing sometimes for nearly an hour. It's quite amusing.

The fix should be off-peak time. Hold tight just a little while longer. Turn on those Paths of Frost, and stock up on Shiny Fish Scales and Light Feathers. There will be a bit of melting yet.
