Everyone knew, even if just conceptually, that TG would be OP as hell. The hit rating was put in to curb that. But... yeah, it wasn't well thought out.

Well that's just it. I mean even now with the hit penalty it can easily be overlooked.
Next patch they're removing it though, which is insane... O_O

The hit penalty doesn't effect raiding warriors currently, which is why they're removing it. It will end up being a buff for leveling warriors who don't yet have gear with +hit, but warriors who've been raiding and have purps already it won't effect either way.

Q u o t e: Warriors have always scaled incredibly well, and Titan's Grip is the single best talent in the game.
It's right up there with Shadowform but I wouldn't say its the best.
As a fury warrior I'm not droppping any hit to deliberately go down to the new cap, at my current level rage generation is about right and not too spiky. Also the deep wounds nerf makes up for it if you want to insist its a buff

If Blizzard was so concerned about the fundamentally overpowered nature of TG, why didn't they only allow Warriors to equip 2H weapons in the main hand instead?
You do research now? Would you like a cappuccino and a pack of cigarettes to go with that?
