Just doing the dailies almost gives you 30 Relics of Ulduar as depending on how lucky you are with the Essense of Ice, plus doing Blowing Hodir's Horn will give you 10 as the Frostborns and Forefathers usually drops one, and the quest where you need to kill 2 Stormforged Inflirators will drop one or even 2 at a time.

Not only is it an excellent way to level a good chuck of blacksmithing, but it's iLvl 170 and disenchants *very* well. For the cost of four cobalt ore/bar, you can just about buy the mats, make it, DE it, sell the mats, and double your investment. If you make cobalt ore farming part of your regular routine, it's an excellent way to get enchanting mats for use or sale.

All those recipies are having their mat requirements more than doubled, the amount of enchanting mats needed for most enchants is going down, and the amount of dust/essence being produced from DEing is being increased. So this won't be particularly profitable after the next patch.
