Brief Description of Bug: Idol of the Shooting Star only gives a damage bonus of 70-80 instead of 165+.

"Equip: Increases the spell power of your Starfire spell by 165."
The tooltip suggests that the 165 damage bonus should also increased by Wrath of Cenarius and Earth and Moon giving an increase of 20% and 13% damage respectively to a total of ~223. It was in trying to verify that the trinket damage bonus is in fact affected by those two talents that I realized that I was only getting a damage bonus of about 80 as opposed to 165-223.

The Test: I performed the test in Moonkin form and casted on a level 80 dummy in Darnassus. Both trinkets were unequipped to avoid variance in the results due to procs. I started with one Wrath cast for Earth and Moon then followed with Starfire spam. I used recount to keep track of the number of casts as well as min, average, and max damaging casts for both normal hits and critical hits. I ran the test until I had 300 non-crit casts with the Idol of the Shooting Star equipped, and then again after I unequipped the idol.

The Numbers:
With Idol Equipped:
non-crit casts: Min - 4636 Average - 4760 Max - 4879 # of Casts - 300
crit casts: Min - 9684 Average - 9944 Max - 10196 # of Casts - 137

Without Idol Equipped:
non-crit casts: Min - 4560 Average - 4687 Max - 4804 # of Casts - 300
crit casts: Min - 9530 Average - 9801 Max - 10043 # of Casts - 150

For the non-crit casts that gives us a difference of only 73. The max and min casts have differences of 75 and 76.

For the crit casts there are similar results with the 209% crit bonus factored in(The 209% comes from Vengeance and chaotic meta gems). The difference between averages is 68. The difference for both the max and min casts was 73.

This means that the Idol is giving balance druids less than a third of the damage increase it should if, as the tooltip suggests, it is affected by Earth and Moon and Wrath of Cenarius. And if not, it's still giving less than half of the intended damage bonus.
