Hello all! Thought I’d cobble this small guide together after seeing more than a few questions and comments about this for the past few weeks. Contained herein you will find any number of ways to transform yourself into something else…whether your preference is an innocent crab, a frightening skeleton, or one of the fierce Wolvar.

The guide details items/consumables that you can use while anywhere first, followed by those items that are zone/location specific. Some of these are quest items in which you may find the line “Abandon”. This will basically tell you if the item remains in your inventory after the quest is abandoned - when such information has been available. You’ll also find the quest name and the level requirements for the quest listed. Note that these are not necessarily the first quests in the line, but the first time the item is encountered.

Have fun finding all the items that interest you! Let me know if there are any items I left out (purposely left out shrinking items and “spell” effects from both player spells and quest spells) and any information that you might like to see added.
