Q u o t e:
I will only comment on paladins, because it's what I know best. Ret paladins, moreso than any other class I've played, do not feel like ret paladins until they get to level 50 and get crusader strike.

Enhancement is the same way till you get DW and SS, warriors are like that till you can pick up a 31 point talent. Its not really a ret pally only thing.

Will Blizzard ever consider the possibility of sending BoA items to alts on another server? Its nice to reroll a new class, but some people would also like to have the BoA items to start a new toon on a different server.

We don't spend much effort balancing PvP or PvE for levels below the max level, since nearly all player balance concerns are about max level.

This is a critical failure on Blizzard's part, and diminishes pvp in this game.

Players spend a great deal of time in 1-79. And Blizzard has set up pvp brackets where the x9's are the highest level. Twinking is fun, but it gets silly stupid when carelessness on the part of the developers (and if you can find a better word than carelessness, let me know) allows certain classes to utterly dominate in specific brackets. Like hunters in 19 and 29.

The development team should at least make a cursory glance at the situation in bracket pvp. They might be surprised.

We do, but by a gigantic majority of players PvP at max level and it would be negligent on our part not to spend the majority of our effort there.

We do take them into consideration. For example, we do put some thought into the structure of the talent trees based on when classes get new abilities. Part of the whole design of hierloom items was to give players who have reached max level a reason to go try another (for some of us, yet another) class.

We don't spend much effort balancing PvP or PvE for levels below the max level, since nearly all player balance concerns are about max level.

Pally werent taken into consideration with that...we dont get decent dps in Ret till around level 60 when we have CS + DS...meaning its harder for us to level those first 60 lvls...

Fsdfsd - My ret paladin hit a dwarf shadowpreist soo hard he split into two gnome warlocks.

So even though I pay the same 15 bucks a month I get less attention? I'd love to know how many people take up cooking or fishing. Those get attention and I suspect those are niche portions of the game also. I really wouldn't want to see tons of attention to the 'lowbie' stuff, but it would be nice to get the occasional change that gave me a reason to revisit some dungeons while I leveled up other toons.

Umm No.

I leveled VERY fast on my ret pally, my dmg was huge, then I got CS, and it was too easy. once I got seal of blood, i was laughing how I could kill a mob before I even got to DS, and I was in all quest gear. I still can kill most mobs after I DS, and mobs will take a Max of two judges before they die.

Also, I would LOVE to see the BoA items a little better, my rogue is DW'ing both daggers, shoulders, and the trinket. I gawk at the epic on the AH, that are 4-5 levels below me, and they have better stats.

Right. But that doesn't really excuse your baby class getting 100% mounts in 50-59 bracket, or gear that's basically blues from halfway through Outland seven levels early.

BG's might be a bit funner if brackets were only every 5 levels rather than every 10 levels. Going into AV today as a lvl61 lock... just impossible. I'm ending up fighting guys with 2 or 3 times my hp, way more mitigation than me (which, BTW, is roughly 0), and a freight train of burst damage. Add on to that the fact that my cc's rarely hit while I am constantly being stunned or silenced.

At least I can hit the guys only 4 levels above me...

Not only is it more difficult to level, it's freaking boring!

Seal once every 2 minutes.

Then we press 1 DPS button every 8 seconds and auto-swing. This fact, more than anything, made it very difficult to want to keep leveling my Horde Paladin (new main). The end is relatively worth it, but the road getting there is overly burdensome and slow.

GC please PLEASE!!!consider about removing DK class from 50-60lvl bracket: somethimes its 10 our of 10 DK in WSG....or make a separate bracket for them....its just nuts...none of them not even trying to kill each other, if any regular class nearby!!!100% mount mid 60s gear eaquivalent and way too high suvivabulity and DPS makes them almost impossimbe to kill unless they incredible noobish (the geear you gave em way better then the best gear from TBC or pre-TBC for that lvl) they do not belong to 50-60lvl baracket with regular classes.I do understend that it maybe sound unfair to them, but why they are so special???when you starting regular class there no bracket for 1-9lvls...
