First, we've got the one that goes a little like this:
"You can send mail from any mailbox in the game."
Wrong. You cannot send mail from any mailbox in the game. You can send mail from any of your faction's mailboxes. Horde cannot send mail from inside Gnomeregan, nor can we swing by the Lion's Pride Inn to drop a letter for Thrall letting him know we're keeping the lowbie Human population in check.
On a related note:
"Unopened mail remains for 30 days, opened mail for 3."
This was changed fairly recently, mail now stays for the full 30 day duration even after being opened. Also, mail from Blizzard has a 90 day duration, even if unopened.
Lastly:
"An item whose name in white is useful in some way to other players and may be sold in the Auction House."
Please include another line stating "But this is no reason to buy 40 recipes for cooking Brilliant Smallfish and price them for 12g apiece. Vendor-based recipes can stay on the vendors."
I believe these are in the process of being updated in the 2.2 patch, and due to the large amount of implementation and testing required for the loading screen tips they're the largest contributor to the patch development length. *snicker*
Sometimes you gotta grab life by the lips and YANK as hard as you can.

Edit - Really, it's for the best. Do you want a rushed patch with typos about honor gain on the loading screen? I'll wait three more weeks, thank you.

I recommend revising one of your tips. Currently it says something like, "Sharing your account with other players can compromise its security." This leads to people posting on the forums with topics asking whether or not they can trade/buy/sell accounts.
Your tip should read "All forms of account transfer and/or sharing may result in your account being banned."

Is this a subtle jab at Hortus?
I've heard that mages are like the Irish. If that's the case, I'm an Irish doctor. Drink, heal, drink, heal, drink, heal. If I'm lucky the two don't interfere with each other.

I loled
Yes, I noticed this for the first time as well after exiting the deeprun tram in Ironforge. No gnomish mailbox for me :(
Female warlocks should get an Incubus pet that says "Pardon me while you burst into flames" when summoned.
"I 2 SHOT EVERYONE BECAUSE I DUALWIELD 3-HANDERS WITH MY 6 HANDS AND I RIDE A HORSE WHILE PERMANENTLY WHIRLWINDING DUDE I HAVE 500% MOVEMENT SPEED AND I STOMP ON PEOPLE WITH MY HOOVES"
