Too many inventory management issues when you lose an entire bag slot because you need a quiver.

Really puts a kink in your questing time to be constantly running back to a town to mail/vendor.

Every class without exception has something to limit their space.
Quivers, reagents, extra gear sets, soulshards, poisons, materials...

Don't complain.

Thunderfury Hunter, insult at will.

I'm actually in favor of this. IF the slots in the quiver are reduced from what they are now.

Kind of non-issues there. The DPS and speed of ranged weapons, as well as all our skills and stats, all assume we have the quiver haste. Blizzards designs our gear based on that fact. So the quiver haste isn't some kind of magical bonus to us, its mandatory.

Hunter ranged weapons should show on our backs. The code is already in the game.

So yeah, when I can get an extra bag for my totems/farming gear/ankhs (which is actually more then 1 bags worth), then sure you can have an extra slot for quivers/soul bags.

Make them as big as you want, but as the person I quoted put it, everyone has something that limits their bag space.

The difference is that quivers and soul shard bags are not general inventory space and you can't put other stuff in them. Yet warlocks and hunters still need general inventory space just like all other classes.

Shamans don't need 16-18 slots for ankhs, fish oil, scales, and totems.

while im not in favor of this (my alt is a 70 hunter, i know losing a back slot is annoying) i DO think that ammo shouldnt be used in pvp (i.e. you use your currently equiped ammo and it dosent go down in count).

my reasoning for this is unless you die from a npc you dont take durability loss in pvp, where as you lose ammo, seems kinda unfair to me.

I desire a potassium rich fruit consumable...

Eh... absolutly not the same, you can plan ahead and store your gear in your bank.. neither hunters or warlocks can do that with ammo/shards.

Moving them off to their own slot isn't something we're looking to do at the moment, but we are looking in to helping with the ... lacking quiver/ammo pouch sizes.

SWEET :D

Edit: I have zero problems with bag space while playing my hunter.

Suck it up. Other classes have stuff that takes up more than 1 bag.
