Why are you racist against DoTs? They do damage over a slower amount of time, can be dispelled, don't crit (unless talented and even then not all of them do), and are pretty important to the classes that use them.

I am a DK. The diseases/DoTs that I use directly effect how much damage I do. This is especially true because I am Unholy. My DoTs do a nice chunk of damage, and the more important aspect, is that how many diseases/DoTs on a target directly effects how much damage my strikes do (this last part isn't only true of Unholy).

I don't need to tell you these things, you designed the game and this class, along with the others that use this mechanic. Please explain to me why I can't use skills on a siege vehicle. What makes DoTs so OP rather than DD that I can't use them? In my case it ALSO affects my DD because no diseases/DoTs mean my strikes hit ike crap. Are you telling me that I'm useless unless I go grab a siege vehicle of my own? I'd really appreciate some feedback on this, as it can directly effect how 2 of the BGs work, both of which are the new ones that I'm sure you want me to play.

Yes. Yes they are. They hate DK's pvp'ing, as much as they hate hunters playing at all.

Been asking about this since BETA and still yet ZERO fixes. Warlocks are in the same boat. Paladins are in the same boat, etc.....

As a paladin you can consecrate (magic) the vehicles but no judgements???

I can't cast Hunter's Mark or Serpent Sting on them either, both of which are significant damage increases with talents/glyphs because they provide solid scaling buffs.

Seige vehicles are unfair by nature. This is why they appear only in the two assault-type zones, which by definition are supposed to be one-sided. IMO it's okay for them to be strong in such ways because of the conditions under which they are made available. Hop in a defense cannon or another vehicle and help out.

You can CoA the vehicle, but you cant corruption. May i assume CoA is not a magical debuff? If so, why does CoS remove it or why does it not affect DK with antiMagic-shield up!? This reminds me of something like "MS affects the healing effect of Drain life, but Drain life gets no benefit from Healing spell" .

Plus, if you're a ranged DPS class, you really should be riding on a demolisher.

Sounds like alot of us have certain abilities that don't work on siege vehicles. How is it exactly unfair to you?

I've only done wintergrasp once. I'm guessing they can't be healed either? So what should we be able to heal them if they actually "fix" this for you?

Your subject heading is pretty dangerous. I wouldn't use those terms.

We are talking about making PvP vehicles susceptible to all player damage spells. They would still be immune to roots and other forms of CC, but could be poisoned, cursed, etc. It's wacky, but the way the classes have been designed it isn't worth the balance issues just for flavor in this case.

This would be fine if the zones that they were included in were only PvE. It's not ok. A mage can beat the crap out of one (at range no less) with no penalty. here is no excuse (imo) why certain classes should be persuaded to get in a vehicle because they suck otherwise. Not only that, but killing the vehicles is VERY important in both BGs, so not being able to do everything you can (while some other classes have no problem) is not fair/right/ok/kosher.

Honestly CC is the only thing I see realistically not working on siege vehicles. Stuns/snares I would think could be used, as it would make sense that if a hunter places a Frost Trap, ta da, the tank should be slowed.

I think a lot of things about siege vehicles is bull. I'm still waiting on that awesome aerial combat (In PvP) that I was promised.

Really I just think the anti-vehicle rockets should be improved, as killing vehicles with base abilities can be frustrating as all classes, especially as melee when you can't snare.

I'm pretty sure everyone is quite clear what I meant when I made that heading, but I'll change it if it's that much of a problem, it got me what I wanted (your attention), so it's fine.

That said, I am glad it's being looked into.

Weren't you talking about this in beta like 2-3 months ago?

Do you draw random issues out of a hat each day and decide to work on them that way?

You might have to scale vehicle health up just a tad to compensate.

Also I would suggest making the rockets stronger and possibly adding some type of vehicle repair kit(that works like a bandage [broken on veh dmg taken])

What really annoys me about the seige vehicles is that they eat up chain heal hops but are immune to the heal, so I get a wasted hop on a vehicle instead of a player...
