Hey death knights, just trying to compile useful info to try to answer a lot of initial questions that people keep posting about DKs. Hopefully we can get this stickied. Let me know if you have another thread that should be added, and I'll try to keep this updated.

None of this was written by me, I'm just putting it all in one place. Credit to the author's is either stated in the title, or should be found somewhere in the link.

A note on specs: A lot of these guides include specs that some people may or may not agree with. These are not cookie cutter "spec this or die" specs, but general guidelines and starting places. If you don't like the builds, don't use them.

Apperantly you dont quite understand the situation at hand. THE WORLD (of warcraft) IS AT STAKE HERE!!! If death knights are attainable at level 55, go outstandingly along with the storyline, have AWESOME voices like no other class, and are so interesting to play, why WOULDN'T every1 roll one? I know a lot of people are saying most will quit blah blah blah, but have you actualy ever seen some1 say "I dont like this class I'm going back to my main?" even if you have, 1 or 2 dks quitting is not enough to save the world from being mutilated into World of DEATHCRAFT. Our only hope of enough dks quitting so that things normalize is if people quit because they cant figure out how 2 play a dk and get wtfpwned by every other class. And its ppl like the OP that are helping to prevent that from happening.

People don't quit their class because they don't know how to play it. A lot of people just continue to play their class badly. I'd rather have an overpopulation of smart people than an overpopulation of uninformed.
