Well, at least they're admitting to one class being underpowered in the DPS category. Working on the other....
Edit: Warlocks thank you, I'm sure :)

http://wow.warcry.com I'm not the next of them, I am the first of me.
Death Knight: Because a caster/melee hybrid with CC would be overpowered if it was Shaman.

Q u o t e: The coefficients of these spells were hotfixed last Thursday I believe.
Corruption's coefficient went from 0.156 to 0.20.
Immolate's coefficient went from 0.13 to 0.20.
This ends up being a reasonably significant dps buff to all 3 specs. In our preliminary testing, Demonology may have benefited the most.

Just so I understand the reasoning:
Our base two spells had damage increased to bring us in line with other classe
However Imp Corruption talent was recently nerfed.
Does this mean that the talent was too good (everyone was taking it) but corruption's damage was acceptable? I'm sure half the community felt otherwise, so this buff is a bit confusing.
Thank you for the 120% (.2 x 6 ticks) coefficient. Every last one of us appreciates it, especially post-resilience to dots.

Q u o t e: Can you hotfix some priest stuff in =/
Because if you're hotfixing today, the patch is obviously not tomorrow.
Read his post, he says it went in last Thursday not today.
I'm a low level alt. I don't read other threads.

Actually glad to hear that the fix's are coming through a-lot quicker than usual. I may have been wrong about the Forums being seperated into the catagories they were put into. Though it is still annoying that usefull posts get pushed back soo quickly due to the lg. amount of QQ's happening steadily... it's nice to see that GC is taking his time to go and lock those so they can continue to the back of the forums where they belong.

sorry is that the spellpower coefficient per tick... I am used to giving the complete coefficient
that would make corruptions coefficient up to 1.20 base for full duration (standard for an 18 second dot)
and immolate 1.00 per a 15 second dt again standard (however due to the nuke attached it gets a nice additional benefit)

Is this correct?
per tick. :) so .20 * 6 ticks of corruption = 1.20 or 120%. .20 * 5 ticks of immolate = 1.00 or 100%.

Q u o t e: I was playing around on some dummies yesterday and I thought I was getting better at rotations... lol, I might have been doing worse, but my numbers were up.
FM, how does Immo compare to UA for 56/0/5 now? I used to drop Immo when rotations got screwed up, maybe I'll have to work harder to not skip it now?
IMO UA is still better for an afflock as there are several talents that buff it's damage compared to immolate.
and besides, since they have the same duration you should always cast one after the other. :) so, consider them one dot essentially. makes it easy.
if you're having trouble on rotations, try using CoD instead of CoA, and practice like that. later on then you can put CoA back in. if you have to, even drop coa and siphon life. yes you'll take a good dps hit, but it's worth it so you can practice and get the hang of rotations, adding them back in once you get used to things. :)
