Is Tenris going to be in Karazhan forever? Given the way he works with reset timers, seems like a pretty small window for people to get their stuff off him, plus would be nice if DKs could get the axe/pet eventually.

He's around for approximately 10 days. Because he's rare, he drops a bat for everyone. The Ripper is the rare item.
