I am having trouble understanding the whole "Bind on Account" thing. What it is saying is that if I have a bind on account item, that it can be mailed to all toons so that they can all have this item. What I don't know is if I click on this item and learm it like a pey for example, it disappears from my bag. How do I mail it then?

Will the Spectral Tiger be account bound too? It's so hard to get that having to choose which character you want to use it on and then at a later point in time you decide to reroll a new main, the card is kind of wasted. :/

Is it safe to assume that it isn't truly "bind on account" but rather, "bind to realm?"

I.E, someone who attended blizzcon can distribute their polar bear amongst one realm's characters, but if he has another player on another realm that toon has no chance of getting a polar bear unless another is obtained?

Wow. no level restriction on boa items. so you can send a couple items to a level 1 and get to 60 in a few days 1-shotting everything you fight and wiping out all quest mobs that other players need. so glad i worked so hard to get 7 70+ characters already. way to go bliz no vasoline on this one.

I'm sure someone else will say this before I get to.

But the gear scales.

It levels with your alt.

You send it to your level 1 alt, its a level 1 weapon.

Further research suggests that the gear will scale. if this is true then i apologize. you did include vasoline.
