And I thought it was difficult when the airport security picked me out "randomly" to be searched, and then had to hold up my international flight because the metal-detecting wand was "messed up". XD

Well, if you look at the links I posted midway down the first page, you'll see that I was often misreported as having dropped it in the toilet, NOTICING that I had dropped it, and then refusing to pick it out of the toilet. Which is simply untrue. I had no idea it was missing until a little while later.

I did send my story to the editor-in-chief of the Ottawa Citizen, but to no avail.

The local Canuks made a lot of jokes at the police's expense while we were all waiting.

"Oh great, they got the RCMP on this. We'll be here for days."

Stuff like that.

Not that their's anything wrong with mounties...the first mountie i ever saw was sitting in an RCMP SUV...i was dissapointed to say the least.
