If I were the governement official I would have been much more creative with my outrageous questioning. I would have asked if the IPOD had been in your ass to hide illegally downloaded music, or the Osama bin laden speeches you might have in mp3 format. Or maybe that you just wanted the sensation of having 10,000 songs in your ass? Hell, they could have thought to search your bum for more ipod related explosives! Thank goodness that government officials aren't that clever.

on edit: I find the image of all these "experts" picking around your iPod trying to discern if it's some kind of explosive (as it's described in the Ottawa Citizen article) pretty funny. It reminds me of the scene in The Simpsons with the couch on the railroad tracks and the people standing around, one saying "It appears to be some sort of a couch."
