We'll be handing out plenty of Blizzard swag at BlizzCon for attendees to show off to their friends. However, we wanted to give out even more, so we'll also be providing a beta key for an upcoming Blizzard game. If you're not enticed yet, you should definitely check out the in-game murloc suit, an item that can be redeemed and given to your favorite World of Warcraft character. Love or hate the murlocs, you won't want to miss this opportunity to blend in with them!

Most of my guild will be at Blizzcon. I will fraps my guild running down in Arathi Basin all in Murloc costumes. And since most of us went to the last Blizzcon, we'll all have Murky pets trailing behind us.

I'm sure in typical Blizzard fashion, this "fun" trinket will also come with special "fun" features built in for our enjoyment. I'm sure there will be fun features like:

1. 3 day cooldown.
You didn't really want to use it that much did you? That wouldn't be any fun.

2. Useable only outdoors....near a lake....in remote areas where noone could actually see you wearing it.
I mean what fun would it be if you could show it to anyone?

3. Useable only on the 2nd Tuesday of the month on a leap year.
Again, if you were able to use it anytime you wanted, then it would take all the fun away.

With many more to come in future patches!

I really hope these things don't happen, but I know in my heart that they will.....please Blizzard don't do it. make "fun" trinkets fun.

Will Blizzard ever make this stuff available for the other 99.6% of the wow playing population? I don't live anywhere near where blizzcon is taking place nor do I have the money to fly out to blizzcon. If I did have the money I would rather spend my vacation time on something other than blizzcon. (no offense it does sound fun). It would be nice though it people like myself had a way to get the super exclusive loot other than paying some random person 300+ dollars on ebay.
