So Karazhan tokens will suddenly be exchangeable for T5 starting June 14th? And any saved tokens I have I can hand in then for T5 instead of T4 ?
This whole system is out of balance relative to the difficulty in acquiring raid gear
Newsflash: Karazhan takes minimal effort. Most guilds are progressing well into SSC. Your 1500 rating tells me you have difficulty obtaining arena gear.

Yeah, that's the intent. The arena sets are intended to match the tier sets they are comparable to in appearance, that's always been the plan and as far as I'm aware is the plan for all future arena sets.
You should be able to look at a player and say "oh that's season x gear, it's the best" or "it's last season and matches tier y" etc. Even if you don't know arena items it's easy to see an arena set and immediately know how good it is as compared to the equivalent tier set.
So what quality of gear are we looking at? Considering we have guilds almost through with BT now... I'd say Illidan being dead by the 12th is a very, very safe bet. >.>
T6 (Aka Tailoring) quality? or T5?
And more importantly to me, which set is it? Recolored t5? Recolored t6? Or perhaps something unique? /boggle.

Vashj hasnt been downed a majority of servers yet - several low pop servers havent even killed Mag and you advocate giving T6 to a couple hundred thousand random people with Arena points banked ... nice ... Mudflation at its worst and a great way to devalue WoW raiding even further.
Will shaman and paladins get a +damage and +healing shield?
Will the new honor epics include healing gear for priests, shamans, and paladins? Currently only druids get this which really makes us scratch our heads.

How does it devalue raiding? Raiding epics are still better for raiding. Isn't that why you obtain raid loot, to progress even further?

My medium-high pop server has 1 guild in SSC. ONE.
Most low and med. pop servers have 0-1.
I love how you picked my lowest of 3 arena ratings which is from a 5v5 team with no healers lol - since I'm primarily a raider Im pretty happy the Arena I do on the side has gotten me into the mid 1700s off and on and never worse than the 1500s especially given the lack of PvP healers (and by lack I mean void) on my server.

This is a fallacy. The Arena gear is in many cases better geared and balanced stat-wise for raiding.
Any Warlock with a choice for example choose Gladiator shoulders over T4. The emphasis on STA in the Arena sets is very well suited to many TBC raid encounters moreso than useless SPI on the Tier sets. Also on the melee side Resilience is useful in many TBC raid encounters that require off-tanking or tanking 2ndary aggro attacks from the main boss.
OH and BTW you're original "most guilds are well into SSC" is twice as funny since on YOUR SERVER which is high pop only 2 guilds (1 horde and 1 alliance) are in SSC and theyve each only downed 1 boss.
So I'm sure those 4 T5 headpieces are really causing a big arena imbalance ... better and run and give everyone with a few thousand AP banked a T5 chest for nothing.
Can the honor upgrades be commented on a bit? Will the boots, bracers, and belt be the only pieces upgraded? What about neck and rings? Will the blue set remain as it is or phase out? Gems?
