Ah, back to before the TBC was to be released. Remember the promises from Blizzard that they were not going to have anymore excessive grinds in the game? That rep grinding would be quick, painless, you would have to run instances multiple times, but the rep grind would be relatively easy to do.

So why exactly was this rep grind put in thats -WAY- past excessive? 5 rep per kill? Excuse me? Thats even lower then the rep handed out from BEFORE TBC.

Ok, its Blizzard going back on their word almost REPEATEDLY is the reason I am quitting this game for Hellgate, they say one thing, then do another.

I've had enough.

I'd have quit the second I hit level 10 if I realised I was a damn walking cow.

you can do quests for 250 rep too, they're repeatable daily

Except it isnt, remember rep grinds before TBC? it took months and months of work to get exalted.


Took me about 1 month of non-hardcore grinding to get every rep to revered and the ones i needed exalted with exalted. i mean you can clear karazhan like 4 times and your exalted......remember ZG? that took what seemed like hundreds of clears.

OP is talking about the new factions in the patch.

I ground out Consortium and scryers rep in 3 days each, at this rate doing quests and grinding mobs for Sha'tari rep for FOUR hours and just BAIRLY into friendly, I should be done this grind in, oh, 3 months, thats if I do it all day every day.

Come on, balance this out blizzard.

But you get an AWESOME crit trinket...that you could just as easily get from Temporous in Black Morass (and that's better too) but it's PURPLE!

(spell casters get theirs from revered Sha'tar rep).

And a new skin of the flying mount you ALREADY have!

Is this not awesomeness?!

It's not like the Skyguard rewards are that great in the first place. Seems like a waste of time to me.
