There will always be content exclusive to expansions or characters that have achieved a certain level, I don't think that's a surprise. In this case it's part of one of the holiday events that we're expanding. It offers three new pets on top of the, I don't know... 10 or so that were already exclusive to the expansion, which if you're a pet collector may make the expansion that much more appealing.

I believe the new Darkmoon Faire cards also require level 70 to use them and likely drop off of Outland-only bosses, but I could be mistaken.

How about making the level requirement be 58th, same as ability to enter the Dark Portal?

I don't have enough time to get from 58th to 60th before the Week ends.

Seriously, if you stay in blue exp it's not very much time to get leveled up, at all.

WoW and Blizzard made their mark by giving the market the first super easy truly grind-free mmorpg.

I started last summer and my main has already spent the vast majority of her /play life at 70 and 60.

Ty for your post Drysc. I was just a bit shocked that you made two separate versions of the holiday quests, complete with different rewards. I'm still not happy that you did it this way, but it is after all your game not mine, i guess.
