If people chose to get rid of the runes, that's certainly their choice. I can understand wanting to free up bank space, certainly, particularly over the space of time.

Many people playing now never had the chance to get those runes, and if you have none you're right on par with them.

But I don't lie when I say the Necrotic Runes are going to have a use again... quite soon.

Aha! This is proof that Blizzard looks down and frowns upon gnomes!! We are mere pawns here for their amusement!! We are not taken seriously!

They decided to make Brewfest "fun" this year. So, that level 60 mount you want, you can't get it until 70. See? Fun.

I would love to see the little monsters do something more than wander in one area.....you know, they're supposed to be invading.

The best memory I have is getting to the front of Stormwind, chock full of players, with that big 'ol elite what's-his-name attacking. Was standing there with another player, pondering whether to jump into the fray...when we were all simultaneously one-shot.

As I'm laying there, wondering what in Outlands hit me...

...the wandering lady with the pack of young children comes up and stands beside me.

"And this is the Valley of Heroes."

Then she turned and walked off.
