I was put in a really bitter mood today when I found out that the co-worker I dispise that basically hits the students, slacks off, is rude and condescending... the list continues... gets paid almost 1.5x more than I do. I have been working 10-11 hour days this week because I am working like hell trying to put some very good course material for the school (which will then be distributed to the 2 other schools) and not getting paid a cent for it. He is doing f*ck all, but basically rubs in it my face that he has less classes than me and how little work he has to do.
This is honestly the reason I am leaving Korea in May. Even though I think he will get fired, I would not want to work another year with him. I love my school so much, and I know that people shouldn't stop doing something they are enjoying because of someone else, but this month of hard work and being sh*t on by my 'superior' is the final straw.

If you continue to remain a friend, you will one day wish you had tried for more. If you try to become more than friends and it fails, you will regret losing the friendship.
By choosing to not persue a relationship, you are denying yourself what you want and will more than likely regret that decision later.
Attempting the relationship, you at least try to obtain what you really want, and if you fail then, you will have the comfort of the fact that you tried to achieve what you wanted, even if you fail.
